What The Fork global street food event catering
What The Fork has a selection of al fresco kitchens we can use at your occasion, from our street food truck for large events, such as weddings, festivals and corporate, to our pop up ”Cantina” kitchens for in-house events, such as office parties.
We have a variety of menus to suit every occasion, from our Street-food menu, based around tacos and quesadillas, to carved Manx meats on oven baked ciabattas, to Mediterranean mezze style cuisine.
As no two events are the same, we like to work with you to create bespoke menus, that suit you and your attendees perfectly. We cater for different dietary requirements (vegan, veggie, GF etc.) and can also cater for children. Our plates, cutlery and napkins are all compostable and eco-friendly, and we refrain from using harmful plastics.
We always conduct a site survey before an event to double check all the necessary requirements for a successful day.
